What the Viewer surfaces

The raw return is a fluorescence spectrum. The Viewer turns each one into the quantities a survey actually reports, keeps the quality-control trail beside them, and lets any slice leave as a file.

Water-quality metrics

CDOM, chlorophyll-a, and suspended matter, computed per experiment from the full fluorescence spectrum

Optical water types

mHR-2 radiometry classified into water-type series, dark-subtracted and angle-resolved

Quality control

Every experiment validated, with manual overrides and rechecks tracked record by record

Solar context

Refraction-corrected sun position attached to each measurement, for repeatable conditions

Analytics

A rolling daily summary per device, so trends read without scanning the raw files

Export

Any experiment or date range out as NetCDF, with the quality-control state preserved

A look inside

Access is by account, and behind it every deployment reads as a running record. Both crops come straight from the live console, the mFL-12 fluorescence lidar on Parentis Lake and the mHR-2 radiometer at Ambès.

Access comes with a customer account, created when an instrument ships, or issued on request. It opens the account's sites, live measurements, quality control, and NetCDF export.
